  • Counselling and Care Centre

    Singapore’s oldest counselling centre, established 1966. Psychotherapy on a sliding scale by income, open to anyone.

  • Family Service Centres

    The nearest thing Singapore has to a universal walk-in door. Casework and counselling in most towns, no referral, no diagnosis required.

  • Community Outreach and Intervention Teams (CREST and COMIT)

    The national community mental health network. Counselling, case management and psychosocial intervention at no cost, coordinated by the Agency for Integrated Care.

  • Brahm Centre

    Counselling at no cost to Singapore citizens and permanent residents, subsidised by the Agency for Integrated Care and the Ministry of Health.
