Brahm Centre provides counselling for anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulty, addiction and caregiver stress. It is free to Singapore citizens and permanent residents, subsidised by the Agency for Integrated Care and the Ministry of Health.
Buddhist-founded, with a mindfulness-based approach, and presented as open to people of any background. Access is by email to info@brahmcentre.com with a summary of the situation; you are then matched to a counsellor. Appointment only.
