CHAT is a confidential mental health check for anyone in Singapore aged 16 to 30. No referral, and nobody assumes a diagnosis going in.
It is run by the Institute of Mental Health, and deliberately kept off a hospital campus: it is based at *SCAPE, 2 Orchard Link. Call ahead on 6493 6500, or walk in.
What happens at a first visit is a conversation with a case manager, not a stack of forms. If something needs following up, they tell you what and where, and you decide from there.
