National mindline 1771 is Singapore’s national mental health call and text line. It launched on 18 June 2025, operates 24 hours a day, and is reachable by phone on 1771, by WhatsApp on 6669 1771, and by webchat at mindline.sg. It is staffed by a team of around 30 counsellors and support staff, including staff from the Institute of Mental Health’s previous helpline.
The service provides counselling, guidance on mental health questions, and referral to professional services and community support.
